Michael Grinich is the founder and CEO of WorkOS. He previously worked as an engineer at Nylas, a company building APIs for email and calendar integration, where he experienced firsthand how painful enterprise authentication integrations were for developer teams. Michael founded WorkOS to eliminate this pain entirely, creating clean APIs that make it trivial for any startup to pass enterprise security reviews and win large corporate customers who require SAML, SCIM, and audit log compliance.
