He and his co-founders left Microsoft in 2020 to build Wiz, which became the fastest software company ever to reach $100 million ARR and rejected a $23 billion Google acquisition offer to pursue an IPO independently.

Yinon Costica is the co-founder and VP of Product at Wiz. He also previously worked at Microsoft's Cloud Security Group alongside Assaf. Yinon has been responsible for Wiz's product vision and roadmap, helping design the graph-based approach to cloud security that allows Wiz to surface risks that traditional tools completely miss.
