Build powerful apps — no code required.

Series BW2015ProductivityNo-CodeDatabaseSaaSairtable.com

Founded in 2012 by Howie Liu, Andrew Ofstad, and Emmett Nicholas in San Francisco, Airtable was built on the insight that spreadsheets are the most universally used software tool in business, yet they are fundamentally limited when it comes to building real workflows and applications. Airtable made databases as accessible as spreadsheets, empowering non-technical teams to build custom apps for inventory tracking, project management, content calendars, CRM, and hundreds of other use cases. The company raised at a $11 billion valuation in 2021 and counts over 450,000 companies as customers including Netflix, Shopify, and the New York Times. Airtable has invested heavily in AI features, allowing users to generate content, summarize data, and automate workflows using natural language.
